Third day of class, and we already had a quiz!

Before class, though, we met up and tried to study a bit and get some food. Here is Karen, Ethan, Autumn, Jess and me:

It wasn't terribly difficult, thankfully. Nothing in this class so far is necessarily challenging, but so far I think it's pretty interesting! I'm that annoying person who asks at least one question per slide. Oh well, I think it's cool!

After class, Jess and I went home. I dropped off my stuff and went to meet Charlie to go to the mall. We took a taxi there because he is super lazy! We could have easily walked. But anyways, it was fun. We walked around for a while, until we found a little ice cream stand. I got a milkshake and he got a banana split:

Charlie found a place where he could get his hair cut, so I waited while he did that. Once he was finished (el es muy guapo!) we took a taxi back to Veritas and met up with his housemate Jake, and walked to Cafe con Que so we could all split a quesadilla and some more cancer curing Guanabana juice! We all walked back to the corner store near our houses and bought some snacks and the boys exchanged some money. Then it was dinner time!

Mamatica made us barbecue chicken, rice, plantains, and banana cake. We talked and talked at dinner, and suddenly it wass 7:40 - time to go to dance class!

We learned only merengue and salsa this time, but I decided that I wanted to teach my friends what Luis had taught me the class before, so I just took Charlie aside, then Ryan, and taught them the spin! Ryan got really good at it, and now I believe he is ready to pick up a Tica of his own! Haha!

We all wanted to go out after, since most people leave today for their weekend excursions. We started at Pescadito, of course, but then went to Xcape (near Terra U, which is near Universidad de Costa Rica). That was pretty fun, but I got tired pretty quickly, so Charlie took me home. It was a fun day all around.
